Lloyd Sandles
Projects Director
Lloyd is an experienced Renewable Energy Developer, with a key understanding of the workstreams required to take projects from greenfield origination through to ‘Ready to Build’ status.
Following industry experience and gaining a BSc in Business Economics, Lloyd joined Windel in May 2020 with an initial role at Windel focused on the first stages of development. This involved site acquisition and building close relationships with landowners, successfully capitalising on opportunities to grow Windel’s Solar & BESS Pipeline. Whilst continuing working relationships with core project landowners, Lloyd’s role has transitioned into live project management holding a broader remit to provide oversight across various planning applications, including LPA, DNS, and DCO Regimes.
In December 2023, Lloyd was promoted to Projects Director and has been made a member of the board.
